AKC/UKC CH Waltz To The Top v Anson aka Logan
(Am/Can CH Anson's Highlander x Can Ch Waltz Grayce v Silversmith) View Pedigree Here Whelped: 7/5/2007 Bred By: Waltz Weimaraners, BC Canada Owned By: Lani Jones OFA: Hips GOOD OFA: Elbows NORMAL Available at Stud on a limited basis to approved, quality bitches. Accomplishments: Logan finished his AKC Championship in just 5 shows at 13 months of age with a Best In Sweeps and 4 and 5 point majors going BOB and BOS over Specials. He also finished his UKC CH in just one weekend (at 9 months) winning Gundog Group twice and taking a Reserve BIS. He also has TWO "Best Puppy in Match" to his credit. At just 22 months he was a multiple Best of Breed winning dog as well as making the Final Cut (to 5 dogs) at both the Western Washington Weimaraner Specialty and Weimaraner Club of America Nationals. We look forward to having him out lightly Specialed throughout 2010 now that he's finally mature and looking like a Man Dog! Training: Living up to the true versatility of the Weimaraner breed we are in training in several venues. We are in Agility training and almost ready to start competing in Jumpers! We will be Certified in Tracking soon (aiming for March 2010) and will be ready to test for our TD and TDX. And finally, In the field, he's began training, he has tremendous bird drive, training will entail slowing him down and steadying. Obedience and Rally we continue to practice and hope to work towards our CD later in the year when everything else slows down. About him: Logan is an extremely drivey dog with a wonderful, sweet, snuggly temperament. He is incredibly driven to please, very biddable and motivated. He's a lovely example of the breed with exceptional, true movement. His head piece is absolutely stunning, masculine yet very beautiful. He has a dark silver coat with gray-blue eyes, dark pigmented nose and a very alert, intelligent expression (well... when he wants to :) Offspring: So far he has produced consisent type in his get, conformationally. They have also been birdy, driven and sweet, among other things :) Some of his pups are already AKC pointed and are in tracking, bird and agility training.
